* En tant que stagiaire Organisation des lieux du travail, votre rôle principal sera de : *

* * Gérer des projets de petite à moyenne envergure en simultanés; *

* * Établir des échéanciers de projets et les présenter aux clients internes; *

* * Supporter les travaux de réaménagement et l’organisation des lieux de travail; *

* * Créer et mettre à jour des dessins d’aménagement (logiciel AutoCAD); *

* * Interagir avec l’ensemble des fonctions d’une usine d’assemblage; *

* * Participer au développement des méthodologies standards de l’équipe; *

* * Faire des observations sur le plancher de production; *

* * Compiler/Analyser des données et rédiger un rapport d’opportunités d’améliorations. *



* Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les différents chargés de projet dans l’équipe interne ainsi que les équipes méthodes et les employés sur la ligne de production. *

**Vos missions et responsabilités**

* Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. *

* Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes : *

* * la communication avec les clients; *

* * la gestion d’un budget; *

* * la gestion de plusieurs projets; *

* * la préparation des plans 2D sur Autocad; *

* * les notions du 5S; *

* * la connaissance sur la ligne d’assemblage du A220. *

* As an industrial layout management intern, your primary role will be to : *

* * Manage small to medium-scale projects simultaneously; *

* * Establish project schedules and present them to internal clients; *

* * Support organization and reorganization workplaces; *

* * Create and update layout drawings (AutoCAD software); *

* * Interact with all of the functions of an assembly plant; *

* * Participate in the development of standard team methodologies; *

* * Make observations on the production floor; *

* * Compile / Analyze data and create an improvement opportunity report. *



* You will be working closely with the various project managers in the internal team as well as the methods teams and employees on the production line. *

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
