If you&#39;re a skilled Agriculture or Heavy Equipment Technician, we want to talk - and yes, we’re open to discussing a hiring bonus for the right person.</p><p><hr /></p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose, repair, and service Kubota agricultural, turf, and construction equipment, including engines, powertrains, hydraulics, electrical systems, and attachments</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and inspections</li><li>Accurately complete repair orders, warranty documentation, and tech reports</li><li>Assist in field service and equipment testing when needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li></ul><p><hr /></p><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>A genuine passion for agriculture, farming, and supporting the people who feed and build our communities</li><li>Certification or near-completion in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3)</li><li>4+ years of mechanical/service experience (agriculture or heavy equipment)</li><li>Strong diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindset</li><li>Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused</li><li>Clean driver’s abstract and ability to pass a background check</li><li>Comfortable using computer-based service software and systems</li></ul><p><hr /></p><p><strong> Why Work at Bayview?</strong></p><p>Because we take care of our people.
