Seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our team in a call-center and administrative environment. The successful candidate must be able to work from Edmonton or Calgary due to datacenter proximity.
Must-Have Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Location: Must work from Edmonton or Calgary.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities. (2 years)
- Clear communication skills and ability to work professionally with diverse groups.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Work Experience:
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. (2 years)
- Experience using CXone. (2 years)
- Experience in a call center environment handling phone/email inquiries and documenting details in a tracking system. (2 years)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in office administration (certificate, diploma, or degree).
