<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Active Directory Architect</b> to lead the design, optimization, and security of our Active Directory environment. This fully remote role involves working in a mixed Agile/Waterfall setting and requires deep expertise in Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Unit (OU) design, and AD security best practices.</p>
<h3><b>Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and optimize <b>Group Policy Objects (GPOs)</b> for effective policy enforcement.</li>
<li>Audit and restructure <b>Organizational Unit (OU) hierarchies</b> to improve manageability and delegation.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate <b>Active Directory security vulnerabilities</b> in line with industry standards.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain <b>PowerShell scripts</b> for automation, reporting, and clean‑up tasks.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Expectations</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum <b>4-5 years of hands‑on experience</b> with <b>Active Directory architecture</b> and administration in enterprise environments.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in <b>GPO design, troubleshooting, and management</b>.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <b>AD security risks and mitigation techniques</b>.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in <b>PowerShell scripting</b> for automation and maintenance.</li>
