<p><h3>Overview</h3>

<h3>What you’ll do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Effectively negotiate repayment solutions for customers experiencing financial setbacks while focusing on retention</li>
<li>Be a part of a high performing team and strive to exceed individual daily and monthly targets</li>
<li>Use decision-making skills on accepting, rejecting, or offering amended payment terms and settlements</li>
<li>Promptly respond to inquiries and diffuse difficult situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones</li>
<li>Juggle multiple files simultaneously with detailed and accurate records</li>
<li>Fully accountable for collections related member questions or concerns with knowledge of policies and procedures</li>
<li>Monitor and resolve payment related discrepancies</li>
<li>Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, using our suite of products and providing feedback for improvements</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you’ll need</h3>
<ul>
<li>To be mission driven and self-motivated</li>
<li>Ability to maintain focus and prioritize core responsibilities</li>
<li>At least 1+ years of experience in collections/AR (first or third party)</li>
<li>Experience in a high-volume, KPI/target-based contact centre is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Windows OS; familiarity with ChatGPT is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills</li>
<li>Commitment to going above and beyond to find solutions for customers</li>
<li>Passionate about personal finance and helping people make positive financial decisions</li>
<li>Reliable internet and ability to work from home (computer, monitor, phone provided)</li>
