<br><h3>Job Description</h3><br><p>Position:  ServiceNow System Administrator</p><p>Resume Due Date: Friday, August 01, :00PM EST </p><p>Number of Vacancies: 1</p><p>Level:  MP5, <br>Pay Rate - $70-$90/hr INC<br>Duration:  14 Months<br>Hours of work:  35<br>Location: CHQ (Hybrid – 3 days remote)</p><p>Job Overview</p><ul><li>A ServiceNow Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operation, performance.</li><li>Core Technical Responsibilities:</li><li>Platform Administration: Maintain the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform. User and Role Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.</li><li>Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Support ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management .</li><li>CMDB Management: Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy using Discovery tools.</li><li>Customization and Configuration: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.</li><li>Integration Support: Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APls and web services. Support ATF framework</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of hand on experience solid understanding of CMDB</li><li>Must possess great communication skills</li><li>Flow Designer IntegrationHub Performance Analytics</li><li>Familiar with ITSM/HRSD/SAM/HAM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules, must have exposure to multiple modules</li><li>ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Understanding of core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript is essential; knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is a plus.</li><li>Database Concepts: Familiarity with relational databases and data structures. ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is often a plus.</li><li>Security and Access Control: Knowledge of roles, ACLs, and user permissions in ServiceNow. Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APls and third-party integrations</li></ul>
