<h3>Your Role As a Store Manager</h3>
<ol>
<li><strong>Customer Experience:</strong> Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience with personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.</li>
<li><strong>Sales and Operations:</strong> Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and inventory management.</li>
<li><strong>Safety and Security:</strong> Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety protocols and company policies.</li>
<li><strong>Store Appearance:</strong> Maintain an attractive and welcoming store environment.</li>
</ol>
<h3>Qualifications To Be a Store Manager</h3>
<ol>
<li>At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.</li>
<li>Operational, financial, and performance management experience.</li>
<li>Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate staff and customers.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older.</li>
<li>Passion for hair and beauty.</li>

<h3>Legal and Physical Requirements</h3>
<p>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally using ladders. May be exposed to fumes, odors, and irritant chemicals. The role involves standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or machinery.</p>
