Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CareCorp Seniors Services. Our long-term care facility, Heritage Square, values teamwork, professionalism, and respect, ensuring both residents and staff thrive.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.Requirements:Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)Current CPR / First Aide CertificationPrevious experience in long-term care or a related field preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careAbout Us:CareCorp Seniors Services provide superior healthcare and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across British Columbia.
