In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the progress and logic of these AI chatbots, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance their quality.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate AI chatbots on diverse and complex biology problems to assess their outputs and accuracyAnalyze the performance of AI models, ensuring they meet the required standards of correctness and efficiencyRequirementsMasters or PhD in a relevant field (Biology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science) preferred but not requiredFluency in English (native or bilingual level)Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyProficiency in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinkingBenefitsThis is a full-time or part-time remote positionYou'll have the flexibility to choose which projects you want to work onYou can work on your own scheduleProjects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
