Sales Administrator

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our service sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling key administrative tasks throughout the selling process.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative assistance to the Sales DepartmentPrepare and review service agreementsProcess transmittals for new service account setups and customer database updatesMonitor contract expirations and manage service renewalsParticipate in weekly operations meetings and ensure follow-up on action itemsTrack inspection reports and monitor the progress of consultant reportsGenerate weekly and monthly sales, call-back, and maintenance reportsAssist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and general sales inquiriesMaintain subscriptions to tendering platforms, monitor these platforms for requests for proposals, and prepare bids under the Sales Manager's guidanceOversee the administration of vendor portalsIssue purchase orders for the sales, construction, and service teamsProvide backup support for in-house dispatchingPerform other duties as assigned by managementBasic Qualifications:Exceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsComfortable working in a technical environment and proficient in Microsoft-based softwareAbility to meet tight deadlines, stay composed in high-pressure situations, and work well under frequent interruptionsPreferred Qualifications:1-5 years of experience in an administrative rolePrevious experience supporting a sales organizationEducation/Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompany DescriptionHere at Express Employment Professionals, we are large enough to exceed all your needs and expectations, yet small enough to give you the one-on-one attention and customer service you deserve.
