Our small, instructor-led classes, flexible hybrid programs, and compassionate support staff empower students to achieve career success without compromising their other commitments.The RoleAs Campus Director, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day campus operations, ensuring an exceptional student and staff experience, and contributing to the strategic growth of the college. You’ll manage academic and administrative functions, uphold compliance with regulatory standards, and nurture a culture of excellence, inclusion, and integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership for campus functions, staff, and facultyOversee enrollment management, admissions, and student success initiativesLead budgeting, financial aid, and resource allocation processes effectivelyDemonstrate working knowledge of OSAP processes and policies to support student funding and complianceFoster a supportive, high-performing culture aligned with our student-first philosophyEnsure compliance with Ministry and regulatory requirements for Private Career CollegesBuild strong relationships with students, instructors, external partners, and community stakeholdersSupport academic programming and collaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality deliveryChampion continuous improvement, innovation, and student-centered service deliveryWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field3+ years of leadership experience in a private career college, vocational training institute, or post secondary settingProven track record in enrollment management, operations, and budget oversightDeep understanding of the student financial aid landscape in Ontario, including OSAPExceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks in private postsecondary educationA team-builder with a growth mindset and a passion for equity, inclusion, and student successWhy Join Us?Mission-driven work with meaningful impactA supportive and passionate team cultureOpportunities to shape the future of flexible vocational educationA student community that inspires resilience, growth, and purposeLearn more about us: www.a1globalcollege.ca
