Works with CEO & Senior Management on service delivery, and organizational strategyEnsure compliance with all policy and process requirementsEngages & works with stakeholders including families, caregivers, funders, advocates & community partnersStays current with trends & innovations related to learning, employment & service delivery modelsAssists in negotiating service contractsWorks with CEO on fundraising, grant proposals, donor relations as well as communication & marketing strategiesSuccessful candidates will have:Strong communication, budgeting & financial management skillsA sense of humourMust be double vaxxed5+ years related, progressive experience in employment services, education, disability services or rehabilitation - preferably within at least 2 of these areasDemonstrated understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilitiesFamiliarity with the community living sector, and more generally with the landscape for human & social services in BCExperience working in a Unionized environmentStrong networking skills with a high degree of comfort engaging senior managers in business, community organizations & governmentTotal rewards:$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 annuallyBenefits package that includes dental, EAP, Extended health & Life Insurance
