Sales Manager Hybrid X INCLocation: Specify location Work Setup: On-siteKey Responsibilities:Business Growth: Partner with international agents to expand Hybrid X INCs logistics services.Client Relations: Oversee communication and service for global customers and 3PL partners.Team Building: Support hiring, training, and career development of logistics sales staff.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to TSA rules, industry laws, and company policies.Sales Execution: Develop and drive strategies to meet sales goals in domestic and international logistics.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Logistics or a related field.Proven experience in logistics sales, business expansion, or sales leadership.Strong knowledge of TSA regulations and logistics compliance.Leadership experience in managing sales teams.Excellent communication skills in a global business environment.Ability to multitask in a fast-moving industry.Existing client network preferred.Preferred:Experience with international 3PL agents.Expertise in both domestic and global logistics sales.Additional certifications in sales or logistics.Work Conditions:In-office role with occasional travel for client meetings.Salary & Perks:$45,000 - $120,000 annually (based on skills and experience).Benefits: Dental care, on-site parking.Apply Now:Send your resume and cover letter to with the subject "Sales Manager Application."
